Abby Mohaddes is an actor and filmmaker based in New York and represented by Asteria Artists and BBR Talent Agency.

She is a member of SAG-AFTRA and has acted in commercials nationally and globally for brands such as Google, Hyundai, Snapchat, Booking.com, Goldfish, Vanguard, and more.

In 2023 Abby founded Mohaddes Productions, a production company born out of her desire to capture and treasure her family’s stories through filmmaking. She recently completed her debut film 500 Years of Friendship, a documentary about her father and his life-long college friends during their time as Iranian foreign students at the University of Nebraska in the 1970s. It won Outstanding Feature Documentary at the Art of Brooklyn Film Festival and was featured in the Nebraska Quarterly Magazine.

She received a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts where she studied acting (Stonestreet Studios), musical theater (New Studio on Broadway), and film production. She is also a proud alumnus of After School Improv, Tisch’s premiere long form improv team. She currently lives in Brooklyn and visits Los Angeles often to see her family.
